Women’s Self Defense
There are a million different ways to be attacked, and there are a thousand different techniques for each one. Therefore, defensive techniques as a primary focus of this class would be less than helpful.
Instead, the proper mindset to carry along with you as you proceed throughout the day will be taught first. Next, and for the bulk of my class, the concepts of self-protection. Learning these concepts will help you adapt to any situation, applying techniques of your own making at lightning speed. How you adapt and survive in a deadly scenario does not depend on how many techniques you have learned, but your smooth application of concept. Finally, I will give you defensive techniques that you may use as examples.
This class is for all ages and includes two 55 minute classes per week. These sessions are Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00p – 7:55p.
