Tai Chi is an internal martial art which emphasizes improvement in brain function, heightened balance and coordination, and strengthening of the internal organs, muscles, tendons, and joints. Tai Chi incorporates a complete and complex system of philosophy and physics, as well as martial applications. Tai Chi is excellent for seniors because it’s a zero-impact art form, however any age will benefit from its practice.
This class is for all ages and includes two 55 minute classes per week. These are every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00p – 6:55p.
